Oleksandra Zaytseva graduated from National Music Academy of
Ukraine studying with professor Oleksandr Snegiryov and than finished post
graduate study in National
Music Academy
in class of professor Igor Ryabov. She is Prizewinner of many International Piano
Competitions: in memory of A.Rubinstein (Poland),
Rome 1996 (Italy),
Antonin Dvorak International Piano Competition (Czech Republic, Grand Prix).
Oleksandra was holder of Vox Populi and Grand Prix Prize in Regina
and Vladimir Horowitz Festival (1995, 1996, 1997, Kiev,
Ukraine), took part in
number of International music festivals: Musica Antiqua (Brugge, Belgium),
Beethoven festival and many others. Played a lot of concerts with orchestras
and solo in Ukraine
and many countries all over the world. Oleksandra made recordings on radio and
TV. Now Oleksandra Zaytseva is teaching on piano department of National Music
Academy of Ukraine.
Dmytro Tavanets finished National Music Academy of Ukraine and
post graduate study in National Music Academy of Ukraine, where he was studying
with professor Vsevolod Vorobyov. He is Prizewinner of National Piano
Competitions, finalist of I and II
International Piano
Competitions in memory of Vladimir Horowitz. Masterclasses with Warren
Thomson (Australia), Marek Drewnowski (Poland), Bart van Oort
(Netherlands). From 1999 he is working with
National Ensemble of Soloists “Kyiv Kamerata”. Dmytro took
part in Music Fest
(Kyiv), “2 days and 2 nights” (Odessa), I Festival of modern music
(Yerevan, Armenia), Days of Ukrainian Culture in Germany (Berlin), Days of
Kiev’s culture in Moscow (Russia), “New Music Marathon 2005”
(Prague, Czech
Republic). In 2005 recorded CD "French Flute Music" with famous Danish flutist Henrik Svitzer.
